Frosé Cocktail (How to Make Frozen Rosé Wine Slushies)

This recipe for a homemade strawberry wine slushie (also called frozé or frosé) takes a summertime staple and makes it approachable in your home kitchen. It’s made from a dry rosé wine, homemade strawberry simple syrup, and frozen strawberries. This easy recipe is perfect for a summer party or beach day!

1 Blender use a blender with a jar or an immersion blender
2 - 3 ice cube trays
1 stasher bag, mega size optional, for storage or freezing the wine instead of ice cube trays.
120 g Frozen Strawberries 1 cup 1 bottle Rosé wine Pinot Noir, Grenache, or Syrah grapes ¼ cup Vodka 3 ounces strawberry simple syrup up to 4 ounces, depending on level of sweetness you'd like
Pour rose in ice cube trays and freeze. It will not freeze completely solid because of the alcohol content.
When the rosé wine is frozen, add frozen berries to the jar of a blender.
Remove the wine ice cube trays from freezer and place the frozen rosé in the jar of a blender.
Add in the vodka and simple syrup.
Blend well, until all ingredients have been incorporated.
Pour into cocktail glass of choice and serve.
