This bubbly and refreshing beverage is Italy's take on lemonade! It's full of bright and zesty lemon flavor and effervescent sparkling water. It uses a homemade lemon simple syrup and freshly squeezed lemon juice, so it's got REAL lemon flavor, unlike store-bought sodas.

Variations & Serving Tips:
spike it - want to spike your soda? Try adding an ounce or two of homemade limoncello for an easy sweet-tart cocktail!
as a mocktail - this drink is a great mocktail to serve alongside (or instead of!) limoncello spritzes at brunch! Pour them in wine goblets instead of collins glasses so they look just like the real spritzes!
