Hi! I’m Lindsey Neumayer! I’m a former educator & classically-trained baking and pastry student turned culinary creator! Cooking and baking have always been a part of my life, from the moment my Italian grandmother taught me how to bake her world-famous cinnamon rolls. As a young teen, I cooked for myself and my family.
